Delivery and Refund Policy |

Delivery
All invitation sample requests are sent by Royal Mail Post. Everything else is sent by courier and will require a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal office hours so if you know somebody is unlikely to be at home then you can choose an alternative delivery address (a work address perhaps) at checkout. We are not able to specify a specific time for delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your order then the courier will usually leave a card with details of how you can rearrange delivery or collect from the courier's local depot.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to the approval of final proofs and a full refund will be made. It is not possible to cancel an order for personalised items once the proofs have been agreed because it at this point that your order is released to production for printing.
Refunds
We fully believe that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of all our products. However if you have any cause for dissatisfaction we will either reprint or refund the cost of any purchase in you notify us within 21 days of the order being dispatched. In the case of a refund we will require the complete stationery order to be returned to us in full (postage costs being payable by the customer).
